"Inspire others to WALK WITH JOOL and be unique, eco-conscious and fashion forward, all at the same time."
JOOL is a spin-off of my name Julie. I’m an eco-fashionista, upcycler and dog lover. I was born and raised in Brantford Ontario, and always had an intense passion and eye for style and creative fashion. A spark lit my new found creativity after I purchased my first sewing machine. Shortly after, I moved to Toronto to study fashion design at George Brown College, and upon graduation I received the ‘Most Promising Designer’ award. In 2010, my JOOL line was officially born.
JOOL is a collection made from upcycled materials carefully reclaimed and redesigned into modern and one-of-a-kind works of art. Each piece is unique just like every one of us. All recycled materials are sourced locally and refashioned in my downtown Toronto studio. The JOOL customer is a fashionista with an eco-conscious edge. My love of fashion, the earth, and my relentless creative streak has led me down this path to create sustainable pieces that inspire unique personal style.
